Probable Underactive (Weak) Muscles:
Corrective Stretch:
SMR:  Latissimus Dorsi, Quads
Static:  Static kneeling hip flexor stretch, Latissimus Dorsi ball stretch

Strengthen:
Ball Wall Squats
Quadruples arm/opposite leg raise
